Joint health determines physical longevity. Joints require regular movement to maintain lubrication and cartilage health. Thirty minutes allows every joint to receive the attention needed for long-term function. This comprehensive routine addresses every major joint with twenty-two exercises. Each joint receives thorough mobility work that distributes synovial fluid and maintains healthy surfaces. Joint health matters increasingly with age. This routine becomes more valuable over time as joints naturally lose mobility and lubrication capacity. Start Your 14-Day Free Trial The Complete 30-Minute Routine 1. Neck Rotation (60 seconds) Why it works: Thorough cervical joint lubrication. JME 1 Look left and then right 2.
